Energy & Resources Narrative Lab

Following the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade’s Energy & Natural Resources Forum, Resource Works and BCF: British Columbia’s Future are convening a private, high-level working session on February 19, 2026, at UBC Robson Square. This invitation-only gathering will bring together senior industry leaders, regulators, and policy practitioners for a Chatham House Rules discussion focused on land access, permitting, and investor certainty. The session aims to develop a practical narrative and actionable insights to help move major energy and resource projects from “stalled” to “solved.”
